Sheffield to Mannheim – and back!

1,500 mile round trip on the road... definitely not for the faint hearted, but honestly driving the Autobahn through the mountains was fantastic! Thanks Guitar Summit for having us! It was my first outing to the ‘Summit and it didn’t disappoint. 15,000 people descended upon the beautiful Rosengarten for the ultimate European celebration of guitar, music and gear, with thousands taking home free DGS picks and many trying our new guitar.
There were so many high points at the event, although the most special was probably meeting so many of the artists on our roster and people who we’ve collaborated with for years; and meeting so many who instantly fell in love with our picks! We also met several advocates and representatives from guitarists outside our current market and I’m excited to see where that goes, so if you can’t yet get our picks easily… well that might change. I look forward to returning next year!

New Guitar!
Hundreds of players also tried first Zero One, our new guitar! People loved the playability, the sound, the finish and the instantly recognisable shape. We haven’t announced this yet, so if you’re interested in getting a sneak peek, there is a configurator on the Guitars section of our site which we’re quite publicly developing… give it a bash and let us know what you think..
What’s next?

Gearing up for Christmas, we’ll be at a series of UK guitar shows including the legendary London Guitar Show, on the 26th of October;
We’ll also be making sure there’s plenty of Precision Picks in every country, so keep an eye on the website, because if you’re after deals, this is where they’ll be! Hopefully not leapfrogging Halloween too much, can someone say Perfect Christmas Gift?
New pick designs are still on the roadmap! These are close to formed now and I hope to release more about this soon.
